Terms of Service
These terms cover Grok Bot setup and customization sold by GrokDeploy. By buying a package or asking us to start paid work, you agree to them.

The service
GrokDeploy provides consulting to map a business process, configure a Grok Bot to that process, and hand the account to you. The live description of each package is on the pricing page at the time you purchase. If a written scope we send you differs from the page, the written scope for that engagement controls.
What you are responsible for
- Giving accurate information about how the work happens today.
- Reviewing and signing the BPMN before setup. We build to the signed map.
- Paying your own Grok subscription and any connector, API, or other third-party fees. Those charges are not part of our price and are not refundable by us.
- Keeping logins you receive confidential, and changing the password at handoff.
- Making sure your use of Grok and connected tools follows those providers’ terms and the law that applies to your business.
Fees
Package prices on the site are in US dollars unless an invoice says otherwise. The introduction call is free. Paid work starts after you select and purchase a package. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work if a payment is overdue.
Ownership
At handoff you receive login details for the bot account and you take ownership by changing the password. You own the configured account and the signed BPMN prepared for you. On Premium and Enterprise you also receive the tailored implementation report, which you may use inside your business.
GrokDeploy keeps its methods, templates, and general know-how. We will not reuse your confidential process details as a public example without your permission. Grok, and any third-party software, remains owned by its provider. We do not sell you a license to Grok.
No guaranteed business result
We configure a bot to an agreed process. We do not guarantee a specific revenue increase, cost reduction, or time saving. Those outcomes depend on the process, how you use the bot, and tools you control. Examples on this site describe the service. They are not a promise of a particular result.
Confidentiality
Each party will use the other’s non-public business information only to perform the engagement, and will protect it with reasonable care. This duty does not cover information that is already public, already known without a duty of confidence, or required to be disclosed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GrokDeploy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or downtime of a third-party service. Our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.
Ending the engagement
Either party may stop for a material breach that is not fixed within a reasonable time after written notice. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy. Sections on ownership, confidentiality, and liability continue after the work ends.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GrokDeploy is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction are the venue, unless applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim somewhere else. If you are a consumer with mandatory local rights, those rights still apply.
