How it works

How Grok Bot setup works, step by step

Seven steps, no hidden phase. You always know what happens next, what you're asked to approve, and when the bot becomes yours. Meetings are on Google Meet and you'll get a calendar invite for each one.

  1. Step 01

    Free introduction call

We learn what you want the bot to handle and whether a package is a fit. There is no charge and no obligation.

  2. Step 02

    Select and purchase a package

You choose Basic, Premium, or Enterprise. Paid work starts after you purchase. Prices are one-time, in USD.

  3. Step 03

    Discovery meeting (Google Meet)

We walk the real workflow: what starts it, who does each step, which tools are involved, and what must stay with a person.

  4. Step 04

BPMN creation and client e-signature sign-off

We draw the process in BPMN, a standard diagram of how work moves. You review it and sign electronically before anything is built.

  5. Step 05

Implementation report and customized bot setup

Every package includes Grok Bot setup from the signed map. Premium and Enterprise also include connection advice and a tailored implementation report.

  6. Step 06

    Handoff of the bot account

You receive the login details, change the password, and take ownership. The bot account is yours.

  7. Step 07

    Optional ongoing monthly support

Stay on with us for $149 per month, or stop after handoff. Enterprise already includes the first month.

What you need to bring

  • One real example of the work you want help with.
  • A Grok account you control, or a plan to open one. The subscription is yours to pay.
  • Access decisions for any tool the bot should connect to. We do not create those accounts for you.
  • Someone who can sign the BPMN. That is usually the owner.

Timing and ownership

Most Basic and Premium engagements finish about two to four weeks after the discovery meeting. That window moves if the process is complex or the BPMN sits in review. Enterprise adds one month of support after handoff.

At handoff you receive login details, change the password, and take ownership. We do not keep a copy of your password. If you want help later, you can add monthly support and choose what access to share.

A short call is enough to tell whether a package is worth it for you.
