Grok Bot setup FAQ
Packages, outside fees, timing, ownership, and support. Got a question about a specific workflow? Bring it to the free intro call.
What is included in each package?
Basic ($799) includes a discovery meeting, a BPMN process map with your e-signature sign-off, basic Grok Bot setup, and handoff of the login so you own the account. Premium ($1,499) includes everything in Basic plus connections, advice, and a tailored implementation report. Enterprise ($2,999) includes everything in Premium plus one month of support. Optional monthly support is $149 per month and can be added to any package. All prices are in USD.
Who pays for the Grok subscription and connectors?
You do. Package fees pay for GrokDeploy’s consulting, mapping, and setup work. Your Grok subscription, and any connector or API fees, are billed to you by those providers. We will tell you during discovery which outside costs we expect, so there are no surprises on our invoice.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The introduction call is free and is usually a short working conversation. After you purchase, most Basic and Premium engagements finish about two to four weeks after the discovery meeting. Timing depends on how complex the process is and how quickly you review the BPMN. Enterprise adds one month of support after handoff. These are typical ranges, not a guaranteed date.
Do I keep ownership of the bot?
Yes. At handoff we give you the login details. You change the password and take ownership of the bot account. We do not keep access unless you later choose monthly support and decide to share access for that work.
What happens after handoff?
You run the bot. You have the signed BPMN, and on Premium and Enterprise you also have a tailored implementation report. You can change the password, adjust how you use the bot, or ask us to add monthly support. If you do not add support, the engagement ends at handoff and the account stays yours.
Can I add monthly support later?
Yes. Monthly support is $149 per month and can be added after Basic, Premium, or when an Enterprise support month ends. It covers questions and small adjustments inside the process you already signed. A new process or a second bot is quoted separately. You can cancel before the next month starts.
Is this suitable for very small businesses or solopreneurs?
Yes. Basic is meant for an owner who wants one clear process set up without a large project. You should be able to describe how the work happens today, and you will need a Grok subscription in your own name. If you're not sure which package fits, book a free intro call.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be able to describe how the work happens today. We handle the mapping and the setup, and you review and sign the map before anything is built.
What will the bot do without asking me first?
Only what your signed process map allows. The map spells out which steps the bot handles, which need a person, and what it must never do.
Is GrokDeploy part of the company that makes Grok?
No. GrokDeploy is an independent consultancy. Your Grok subscription is with Grok directly, and we set up the bot on your account.
