Who we are
GrokDeploy is a consultancy that helps clients set up and customize Grok Bots. For privacy questions, use the contact form at grokdeploy.com/contact. We do not publish a street address on this site. We are the organization accountable for personal information we collect.
What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to answer you and, if you hire us, to do the work:
- Name, email address, company name, and the message you send through the contact form.
- Scheduling details you give when you book a call through Calendly, including your time zone.
- Business process information you choose to share in discovery, including workflow descriptions, examples, and the BPMN you sign.
- Billing details needed to invoice a package. Payment card data, if any, is handled by the payment method we agree on, not stored in this website.
The purpose is to respond to enquiries, deliver the package you buy, provide support you opt into, and keep records of what was agreed. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Consent
When you book a call or submit the contact form, you consent to our using that information to reply and to discuss services. If you buy a package, we'll tell you what further information the engagement needs before we ask for it. You may withdraw consent through the contact form, subject to legal and record-keeping limits and to work already underway. Contact form messages are delivered to us through our website host.
Cookies and similar tools
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Call booking is handled by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when you use the booking tool. Calendly's privacy policy applies to that tool. We'll update this section if we add analytics.
Who we share information with
We share information only with parties who help deliver the service you asked for, for example:
- Calendly, which handles call booking.
- Email and calendar providers used to schedule Google Meet.
- E-signature tools used for BPMN sign-off.
- Professional advisers if the law requires it, or a payment processor for an invoice.
- Our website host, which delivers contact form messages.
Some of those providers store data in other countries, including the United States. We use them only as needed for the engagement. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept long enough to complete the conversation and a reasonable follow-up window. Engagement records, signed BPMNs, and invoices are kept for the period we need to support the work, resolve a dispute, or meet tax and legal record duties, then deleted or anonymized. You may ask what we still hold.
Safeguards
We limit access to client material to the people doing the work. Bot account passwords are handed to you so you can change them. We do not keep a reusable copy of your production password after handoff unless you later choose support and share access for that purpose.
Your access rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or challenge our compliance. Use the contact form at grokdeploy.com/contact. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied, you may contact the data protection authority where you live. Tell us where you are and we'll handle your request in good faith under the law that applies to you.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adult entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Related documents: Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
