Refund Policy
Package fees are for professional services that start once you purchase. This policy says when a refund is available. It does not cover money you pay to Grok or to other providers.

Free introduction
The introduction call is free. There is nothing to refund if you decide not to buy a package.
Before the discovery meeting
If you cancel in writing before the paid discovery meeting has started, we refund the package fee in full. Send your request through the contact form at grokdeploy.com/contact with the invoice reference.
After discovery, before bot setup
If you cancel after the discovery meeting has started, but before bot setup has started, we refund 50% of the package fee. The rest covers the meeting and the BPMN work already underway, including a map you may already be reviewing.
After setup starts
Once bot setup has started, the package fee is non-refundable. We will still complete the scope you purchased, including handoff, unless you ask us in writing to stop. Stopping early does not create a refund.
Support
- The month of support included with Enterprise is not convertible to cash if you do not use it.
- Optional monthly support is $149 per month. You may cancel before the next month begins. The month already started is non-refundable.
What we never refund
Grok subscriptions, connector fees, API charges, and any other amount you pay to a third party are between you and that provider. GrokDeploy cannot refund them.
How to ask
Send a request through the contact form at grokdeploy.com/contact, using the email address on your invoice. We confirm eligible refunds in writing and return them to the original payment method where we can, within 14 days of confirming eligibility. Currency conversion and bank fees charged by your bank are not refunded by us.
This policy is the commercial rule for GrokDeploy engagements. It is not a statement of every consumer right that might exist where you live. If a non-waivable law gives you a greater right, that law applies. See also the Terms of Service.
